Complete Service includes

  • Dismantling of the movement
  • Degreasing and cleaning of the parts
  • Replace parts that has worn-out
  • Re-assembling, testing, correcting, oiling and greasing
  • Timing and accuracy corrections
  • Cleaning/freshing up the case and bracelet or folding buckle
  • Water-resistance control
  • Replace seal, washer & gasket

Warranty : As above repairs come with 2 years warranty for Service and 1 year warranty for water resistance. Warranty does not cover external parts such as Crown, Crystal, Strap, Bracelet, Case and Bezel. During the warranty period, the Company shall not liable for any misuse or damage the watch that cause the watch movement malfunction/damage the internal parts.

Quick service includes

  • Replace Battery

  • Water resistance test

Warranty : No warranty covers on replacement of Battery.


Labor for shortening Solid Gold bracelet, Polishing & Replating service incudes

Included replace battery ( Quartz Watch ) or regulating ( Mechanical Watch ), replace seal and water-resistance control


Maintenance service incudes

TERMS OF SERVICE

WARRANTY FOR WATCHES

A 2 years warranty is provided by Neuchatel Time Sdn Bhd unless otherwise indicated below description for warranty and servicing purpose, Neuchatel Time utilized a full time Swiss trained watch-maker who is licensed and trained to repair every Swiss brand and model of watch in the market.

NEUCHATEL WARRANTY

Your watch is warranted by NEUCHATEL FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS, TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR WATER-RESISTANT FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Neuchatel warranty covers manufacturing defects existing at the of delivery of the purchased said watch (defects).

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge.

Neuchatel warranty does not cover:

  • The life of the battery. 
  • Normal wear and tear and ageing (for example scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber).
  • Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knock, dent, crushing, broken crystal,etc). Incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by NEUCHATEL.

  • The said watch handled by non-authorized persons (for example for battery replacement, service or repair) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond NEUCHATEL control.
  • Any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use failure to operate, defects or lack of precision of the said watch.
  • Any result of water enters over the period of 12 months.
